RETURN POLICY

Art O Life can not offer any cash returns once a sale has been made. If an item is returned for any reason it must be within 2 weeks of purchase and returned unused and in its original packaging with the original receipt. A straight exchange for the same value will be given or a credit note, valid for 3 months will be issued.

PAYMENT CHOICE

At Art O Life we accept cash and company cheques. We accepts Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Electron and debit cards. The purchase must be a minimum of AED 100 or above for a credit card transaction to be used. Only the credit card signature can purchase from the credit card. Signatures will be inspected.

ASSEMBLY

Most of Art O Life products are already assembled, however if it is flat packed we will send an Art O Life representative to assemble the item properly

HOME DELIVERY

If you need assistance getting your purchase home, we can arrange an independent door-door delivery service free of charge within Dubai, U. A. E. Other cities have AED. 100 delivery charge. However the customer must provide a detailed location map as to where the delivery should go.

GIFT VOUCHERS

If a customer wishes to buy a gift voucher, please ask in the store as a selection are available upon request.

RESERVING ITEMS

To reserve an item in the showroom, the customer must give a 25% deposit in order to keep the item from being sold. The deposit only holds the item for 60 days and there will be no refund after this time.
